Commodore’s Welcome

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Metung Yacht Club, situated on the shores of the majestic Gippsland Lakes.
The club has a rich history going back to the early 1930’s.

The club’s membership encompasses people from all walks of life who are interested in many forms of on-water activity.
Our volunteers support an active junior sailing program, and the Club offers a wide range of activities for sailors and power boaters. Activities include racing and cruising events, Twilight sailing and easy social cruises.

I hope you will take the opportunity to visit our re-furbished Clubhouse and enjoy the friendship and boating atmosphere Metung is renowned for.
